Aquaphor® Lip Repair (Dual Pack)

I have been using Aquaphor lip repair balm since it first came on the market. I cannot live without it. I carry it with me wherever I go. That said, I noticed over the past year that my lip balm tube caps are starting to crack after only minimal use. I am not subjecting them to any kind of environmental abuse that would cause stress fractures on the cap. I am observing that it happens to every single tube I purchase. This was never a problem in the past. It is obvious to me that Aquaphor (like many brands) has opted to cheapen its manufacturing process -- at the expense of its customers' comfort. It is unacceptable for a company who manufactures products that are meant to be applied to lips and skin to use subpar manufacturing materials that cause the protective caps to crack and break open. I would like to know why Beiersdorf has lowered their standards. Aquaphor has been a consistently solid product for the past 15 years. I am very disappointed.

My lips are terribly red, swollen, and itchy right now. Apparently Aquaphor has lanolin? Why is it not in the ingredient list????

yo wasgood. i got no complaints. it does what its supposed to do. my lips go from dry to hydrated quickly. literally over night you start to see and feel a difference. just make sure to put it on through the day so it can do what it’s supposed to.
